Delivery and pickup

White-glove delivery

Our delivery team inspects your furniture, brings it into your home, assembles it in the room you choose and takes all the packaging away. We deliver within 30 miles of the gallery, and to select areas farther out for a higher fee.

We deliver Monday to Friday. We'll call you to set the day, and the day before, we'll give you a three-hour window. Pieces in stock can usually be delivered within the week; a special order once it reaches our warehouse. We can also take your old furniture or mattress away when we deliver, for $99.

Before your delivery

• Have someone 18 or older at home to receive it.
• Measure again, to be sure your new furniture fits through the doors, halls and stairs and into its place.
• Clear the room, and decide where each piece goes.

If anything isn't right at delivery, take photos and tell us before the delivery team leaves. Our team can't hang pieces on walls, and where a piece can't safely go up the stairs or through a door, we'll leave it in a room it can reach.

Pickup

Picking up is free. We'll call you when your order is ready to set a time, with 48 hours' notice, at our warehouse. Please bring a vehicle big enough to carry it, with rope and blankets to secure it, and a copy of your invoice and a photo ID. We'll help load it, and look it over with you before you leave.
